Mr. Murphy serves as Chairman and Non-Executive Director for Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. He is the Founder of Magellan Limited, an advisory firm focusing on providing strategic, M&A, and financial advisory services and currently serves as CFO and Head of Finance for Biome Renewables Inc., an early stage renewable energy innovation and industrial design company. Formerly, Mr. Murphy was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Quest Partners, a boutique investment bank that focuses on the provision of mid-market M&A, corporate finance, and business strategy services. In these capacities, Mr. Murphy has developed extensive international experience and relationships advising high-growth businesses across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. In the dozen years prior to Quest Partners, Mr. Murphy held senior management roles at Canadian Tire Corporation overseeing divisions and business lines. Additionally, Mr. Murphy was formerly a board member of Covenant House Toronto, one of Canada’s largest homeless youth agencies. Bryan has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration majoring in Finance and an MBA with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business. Bryan earned the ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and the Institute of Corporate Directors in Toronto.

Andrew Wilder serves as a Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Western, positions he has held since 2014. He is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Cross River Infrastructure Partners, a project development company designed to accelerate the global energy transition through the development of infrastructure projects deploying transformative industrial technologies. Areas of focus include developing advanced nuclear reactors for energy and medical isotopes, and generating green hydrogen and derivative clean fuels.
Mr Wilder is also currently a Board Member for Bedford 2030, a community-based climate action non-profit organization for the Township of Bedford, New York.
Mr Wilder’s prior career included co-founding and serving as Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer for North Sound Capital LLC, a long/short equity hedge fund manager with $3 billion peak assets under management, previously serving as a Manager at Deloitte.
Mr Wilder received the Chartered Accountant (Canada) designation, holds the CFA designation, and received an MBA from the University of Toronto and a BA from the University of Western Ontario

A 40-year career in the financial sector in Canada, including as Assistant General Counsel of Royal Bank focused on International and Canadian Project financing based in Montreal and Toronto, and Senior Vice President, Personal Trust, National Trust
Company. Subsequently, he was retained by a major International Law Firm in the privatization of an electricity authority, and as counsel to an international wireless
Telecommunications start-up in Eastern Europe.
He is Chairman of Rhodes Capital Corporation, a private Toronto-based resource and technology-focused merchant bank. Mr Skutezky has been a founder in the going public and listing of several TSX, TSX-V and CSE resource sector companies, where he has served as an officer, counsel and director.
He is a graduate of Bishop’s University, Lennoxville, Quebec (BA) and Dalhousie University Law School (JD), Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has been a member of the Canadian and International Bar Associations, the Law Society of Upper Canada (presently a non-practicing member) and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Association.
